LOL, but I'm not laughing AT you, I'm laughing with you and your zest for gaming Smiley Happy  I've never gamed.  My grandson comes over with his gaming system, P-something.  I tried watching once for about 10 minutes and finally got up and said "it's like watching paint dry" LOL .  My granddaughter got a Nintendo Switch a couple of years ago (maybe last year), for Christmas.  I wish these games weren't so violent.

@MoJoV

My mother is still alive and there are so many things I'd like to share with her too but she can't hear well or understand what anyone is saying and is often combative with her words.  It's sad.  It's not her.  I still have her, but I don't Smiley Sad

I play the easy games on the METV web site and on AARP. I'm not very good and they aren't fancy, but I enjoy them. My problem is that #!, there's always a cat on my lap or jumping on the key board  (like now), plus my computer is old and it freezes up and the timer keeps going, but I can't move my cursor to play and then there's me. Other than that, I enjoy it.

maybe she'd like what I do, which is more visible.  That gem game on line.  They match up and cancel out with 3 alike.  It's easy, it's fun, it's good for old brains, LOL.

Re: I Bought Myself a Toy

[ Edited ]

I hope you love it, @QVCkitty1  I got hooked on the first edition of Nintendo when it came out. The original Super Mario Bros. was my jam.  I learned where I could collect a gazillion extra lives and I was eventually able to save Princess Peach on one life.  Talk about impressing some of our son's friends. LOL

Have a blast!
