I agree....home is best.  DH and I just returned from a vacation at the beach. The view was beautiful, the sounds, oh so nice out on the balcony with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening....but the traffic, not sure where we are going (1st time in the area)....I found most of the time in the car was stressful and I am not a person that usually gets stressed out.

 

So expensive to do anything....tourist wise.

 

DH wanted to take the trip, and we have not vacationed in many years so I didn't have an issue going but was more than glad to be home.

My husband and I are also on a stay-cation.

 

I have big plans 

Day one - grocery store

Day two - Bob Evans eat dinner

Day three - movies

Day four - home goods store

Day five - food tour 

Day six - pancakes house

 

Yeah!!!
