What I don't get is why they seem always to sell by the thousands. Who buys so many?
my mom purchased three last year......LOL, so i know SHE is loving the vacuum shows!

And then when a miracle happens and they actually bring in a new vendor....its usaally a celebrity (because QVC Execs are blinded by celebs and psuedo celebs) we get junk from Ellen, Scot Brothers, or Suzanne Sommers or Catherine Zeta Jones....and those celebrity lines rarely last long at all....their stuff usually is either something viewers don't want or like, or its similar to stuff QVC already sells........

they are going to show what is selling......and THAT has changed.
to expect it to go back to what it once was is probably a dream for some.
as i had posted earlier, right now, vacuums and mattresses are selling......so someone is watching and buying. jewelry sales are down......so people are NOT buying jewelry anymore. as the times change, so does qvc.
@Blingqueen023is correct. if shoppers are not happy with the products then they need to stop watching. it is easy to check out the program guide online or on tv and see what is coming up, then they can choose an alternative channel. so many choices out there other than a shopping channel that no longer entertains or interests you at times.
@sunshine45- there’s a way to word it politely. Everyone knows they can change the channel.
@gidgetgh I did word it politely. I'm sorry but i've always been a blunt and to the point person. I stated my opinion just like anybody else. If it was one of your good buddies on this board that said it, there wouldn't have been any type of response from you. I will not walk on egg shells on this board. I will not try to compete for any type of acceptance on this board either. I'm me. I'm not a rude person in the least. I work with elderly patients every day, and believe me there's more compassion in my little finger then anybody here. I just stated an opinion. That's all. If I don't like a program I change the channel. There's no need to post about that problem here It's posted all the time. By the way, rude to me are all the threads cutting down show hosts looks and how they sell on the Q, How many threads have you seen me cutting down the looks of another show host or other person on here? None. That's rude to me, not what i said. I respect you don't like my opinion and that's fine by me. You're allowed. I totally respect that we'll agree to disagree. Enjoy your Sunday.

LOL I'm streaming it via the Yahoo feed and i thought of you.....OMG, but think of it this way, think of how much money those Londoners paid for those tickets to watch that game.....Maybe Raven players need to stop the game and start selling some vacuums
I expect my team to get trounced Sunday evening when Redskins play the Raiders---OOUCH---so I feel your pain!!!

What I want to know is why is there a need for people to come to a post to tell us to change the channel.....thats as boring and monotonous as QVC's vendors/programming........And I think we "get it"...and know we can change the channel......
It's QVC's forum and you are certainly welcome to state your opinion, but others have a right to express their opinion too and being snarky and personal attacks about others is against QVC Guidelines....
I for one do not long for the "good ole days" havent been at QVC as long as some....I just would like to see something different, I do check the program guide and then dont watch................

I admit I did buy my Shark upright from QVC and also a Shark handheld.(I do like them)...but I bought mine ONLINE without watching the boring demonstrations..LOL!...I read consumer reviews and made my decision that way and the vacuuming programming wasnt even on at the time....
