I have to keep signing in even though at the top of my screen it says I am signed in. I was looking over my order status and wanted to post a review of one of my puchases, but they kept asking me to sign in. On the third try, I got that screen that says "diagnosing problem". So, I hit my "back" button, and it says "Oops, a problem has occurred in our system." WHAT is going on?
