I ❤️ When I have good CS from a store!

over the weekend I received a offer from Macy's for 30% off ANY item & decided to use it on a new Dooney Lexington Shopper.

 

After numerous attempts I couldn't get it to go thru on my online order, but, bag was so reasonable I ordered anyway.

 

Today, got a "corrected" email stating coupon issued didn't work and gave new info.  It said to call if had ?s.

 

I did and nice surprise the CS agent credited coupon, issued credit to my account ($33) and gave me another 30% code to use w/in 30 days.

 

Now that's great CS! (Of course I know Macy's certainly doesn't want to lose anymore customers than they already have!)

Tried using mine in-store in three separate departments and gave up.  I got the other email today.  I'll try again this weekend but if I have trouble, I'm gonna be really really irritated.
