Husband filed for Divorce...Please give any advice!

After three years of separation, my husband is filing for divorce (I told him I didnt want out of the marriage so I wouldn't file). He wants to go through a mediator. He has had three divorces in his immediate family and then some and I have never had anyone I even know go through a divorce. So I am in need of some help and things to look out for. We have one son and he will be with me 80% of the time. What types of things do I need to have in the divorce agreement? I appreciate the help.
