I just heard that the total death toll attributed to the hurricane is at 89*, with 36 of them being in North Carolina.  More will probably be added as flood waters recede.

* Death toll now 93.

Thank you for all your alerts.  Wouldn't it be nice if the shopping channels made it easy to donate to this cause?

I know there are many charities, and the government involved, 

but making donations super-easy would be helpful.

Just ole me, making trouble always.
