[Still Raining]

Hope everyone and their furbabies stay safe.

Just put up the Hurricane Shutters. Packing GO bags for both parrot & dog. My GO bag packed - just getting the last of the laundry done and snack bags for the car - then we will be gone within the next day or so.

@KingstonsMom- I was thinking of you the other day - hope you do ok with the storm - although from the models I've seen, it looks to be more north of you - from Pawley's north.

I just finished getting all my storm supplies ready. Lowe's was a madhouse with people buying generators and water. It's best to be prepared, but I am praying this will take a turn outward. I don't know why, but the hurricanes that start with the letter "F" have been horrific for NC.

I hate it too... And as if this lousy, stinky summer for weather hadn't been enough, now we get to endure a few more months of advisories and potentially fetid weather...

@meallen616 - I know it's still too soon to say if we are going to get hit but I just looked at the models and if they are right we aren't supposed to.
