These pictures are very, very telling.

 

Interesting to see the correlation between type of food &

the lean appearance (or natural squatting position)

of the respected family & country.

 

Lots of pulses, starches & vegetation in the lean families.

never heard of Pulses. they are beans, peas and lentils

Looked pretty clear from a quick viewing, but then I went back and saw some lean and not so lean people in the families who ate a lot of processed foods.

 

It would be interesting to see what kind of lifestyle each person has within these families, or the families as a whole.  Lifestyle things like physical activity.

 

Anywho, I wonder how this thread will go.  Cat Tongue
