I shouldn't complain because our weather has been so nice, however I hate humid weather !!!   It is low 80's , but I just took the trash and recycling cans out front and I'm soaked. High humidity makes me crabby and gives me a headache. There I'm done venting, I hope you all have a good day. 🌺

I'm with you! Went out at 7 AM to fill bird feeders, all of 15 minutes, and came back inside soaked. 88 degrees and my weather app said only 60% humidity but I can't believe that's right. It's 90 right now with a feels like of 99. I'm afraid it's going to be a long hot summer. I like a little humidity, hate getting shocked during the winter months at every turn but this heat & humidity has me cranky and feeling like a slug. Wishing I had a mountain retreat to escape to for the next few months...if wishes were horses, we'd all take a ride

Re: Humidity 😥

One thing good about Arizona in the summer. We may have high temps but very low humidity. We complain when the humidity gets to 25%.

@QVCkitty1

I hear ya'!

Here in the deep South, our humidity has been running at least 81% with temps in the 90's, pushing the heat index into triple digits.

@QVCkitty1

Since I worked over 30 years, much of it on night shifts, in a hot/humid manufacturing plant! Being single and working 4pm to Midnight(not good for my social life), and in those conditions. Were I like you described yourself? Nobody would want to be near me, much less associate with me. However those conditions did not give me a physical headache or make me crabby.

I am looking at my temp/humidity gauge sitting on an end table right beside me. It will soon be going higher because it is now slightly raining. At present it reads: 86°/85% humidity, and it's still morning.

Now that you got that venting out! A nice day to ya.

Nothing worse than hazy, hot, humid days. I simply can not tolerate them.

I'm so ready for fall.

Makes me sick too.

I ran 2 necessary errands yesterday, I was worn out.

Forecast today is for heat index of 108

I have a dental appointment.

There was a relatively cool breeze early this morning when I went out to water.    It's 10:30am, humidity is 70% and NO breeze.  It would be a hot breeze anyway.

Yesterday, the dew point here in Chicago was 72. Today it's 68, still way too high.  My bones aches when the humidity is this high.

I walked early and it was mighty high humidity.  Even with a nice breeze, it sure was uncomfortable.

I'll never forget being in Arizona once and it was 110 degrees but it wasn't bad! I mean it was hot but it wasn't like being in that awful humidity that just takes every last ounce of energy!  Most of the time I just try to hybernate until winter!Doe And Her Fawn Winter Scene Mixed Media by Sandi OReilly | Fine Art America
