Humidity

I've lived where it's hot and humid (Houston) and know how miserable it can be. Our local weather caster here in the Albuquerque area just announced that the current relative humidity is 0 percent. It's always very low here in the spring but I've never seen 0 before. It makes hot weather very bearable, although the temp is only 88 degrees at my house.
