I wonder why her family or friends haven't tried to get her into treatment? I feel very sorry for her because without water she won't last much longer. That is if what she is saying is true because how long can someone last without water?
That's a good question. I came across a feature on another show a couple of weeks ago about a woman who weighed 56 lbs, and how she can barely walk and has "blacked out" while driving. She really did look like a walking skeleton, and I wondered why her family hadn't had her treated, even involuntarily.
She looks terrible. Too bad someone can't do an intervention. She won't live long

The only reason I can think of is that she is against any kind of treatment and her family hasn't tried to involuntarily commit her. Even with that, I believe she can only be held for a limited amount of time. One thing I did read is that some of her images are photo-shopped and there is a possibility that she really doesn't look like this.
