Thinking here of those who complained about Erin Andrews suing for millions, which were whittled down to a mere 6 million.  One person even asked if she was ashamed of her body.

But here we have a reversal of reaction with the Hulk getting so much more.  Good for him?  The adulterer v. the innocent woman? Some family values.

And many saying what she was rewarded was overkill and ridiculous but yay for him? Seems like a little bit of a double standard here.

First, ew.

While I think he definitely should have been awarded something, , 115,000,000 is over the top---especially given that the woman he was with wasnt his wife.  I just wonder what is wrong with people anymore.  Have people not learned from all the other sex tape snafus that have occurred?  Little tip--if you are famous (and even if you are not) DON'T MAKE A SEX TAPE! DUH!

...and now it's very easy to see who complained about EM's settlement because someone thoughtfully brought the old thread up.  No saying "I didn't see it" now!    Woman Very Happy

Makes you wonder what the settlement would have been if Erin's name was Eric.

I do not believe morals, male vs. female, etc is the point here. This is a case of invasion of privacy - say what we will, we all do expect privacy. REal simple in my book.

So are the same people who were complaining about EA the same ones here who are celebrating the Hulk's win?

See, I don't think it matters it wasn't his wife. If it was a woman cheating on her husband, I would feel the same way. Gawker had no right to release that. He didn't make a sex tape. His best friend whose wife he was cheating with had his whole house monitored with surveillance cameras and from my recollection that is where the tape came from. I think that Hulk was probably aware of that though. I mean, I would know if my bf had her house wire with surveillance cameras. Perhaps he didn't though.

I also don't think the people on the EA thread who objected to Erin getting money and were happy with Hulk getting money really care that we know they objected to getting to her getting the money. I think they are probably happy we know so bringing up that thread again is really meaningless to them.

I'm sorry if I said this before but it bears repeating.

   Ew.

Why would anyone want to watch this anyway?  Why is this even happening?  Nobody wants to see grandpa doing the nasty
