You guys get the flu just once and you will put up with the shot next year, I guarantee it.

I have had it (years ago) and survived but I have a VERY HIGH tolerance for pain and illness...

Also at the FIRST sign I pull out my nutribullet recipes which help..I have ZERO interest in a flu shot...

I have it right now. I still won't get a shot next year.

This is the second year my dad didn't get a flu shot - and he hasn't gotten the flu.

Every year he gets the shot and winds up getting sick.

In our area a five year old boy died recently of confirmed swine flu. Very sad. Don't know if he had the vaccination or not.

It would be interesting to see statistics about those who get the flu and what % did not get a flu shot.

I would bet the majority who get the flu did not get the shot.

The same with my Best friends mother... She stopped and hasn't been sick since...

I've been getting flu shots for at least 25 years. It was recommended by my Dr. because I had chronic bronchitis. Haven't had bronchitis since. It's my understand that the flu shot contains dead virus's, so I have to wonder how getting the shot could give someone the flu. In addition, there are many strains of the flu that go around each year and the shot is only helpful with certain strains. Just hypothesizing...........
