NYE I'm in bed asleep, long before midnight. Idiot neighbors shooting off fireworks at midnight wake me up. A very popular local band has a New Years Day party during the day, I'll be going to that with a friend & her husband.

I’ve never gone out on New Years Eve but this year we have my nieces wedding. So exciting.

I face the same dilemma every year for New Years Eve.....what to wear...my blue pajamas, or my green ones...and should I accessorize with a robe? It just never ends. We won't even have on the tv at midnight....we will be in bed and hear the clock strike 12. ...happy 2022 !

The last New Years Eve party I went to was the one in 1999 going into 2000.  Not because of the year but on Dec.10th earlier that month I got my divorce after 18 years of marriage and New Year's Eve was our wedding anniversary.  I had lots to celebrate then I was done with the day.  Just need some great food, a good movie, and my p.j.'s.
