Life is about priorities.

This is the most important concept I taught my child as he was maturing. It has served him well, as he is now a minister and has told me many times how thankful he is that I taught him the lesson of determining the proper priorities in his life.

Lots of good answers. I would also like to add that life is about losses. I think of all the friends and loved ones I have lost in my lifetime and it makes me very sad. If you live long enough you eventually lose all or almost all of those close to you.
