A while back a nice poster gave an email address where you could track your return using the pre paid QVC label. Does anyone know what it is? USPS quits tracking once it is picked up and out of their hands.... so you never know were it is or if it has reached its final destination.

How would you track it if USPS doesn't give you the ability to do so? Isn't that the way the Q has returns sent? If so, you won't be able to unless you go beg the Post Master General.

Sometimes the tracking works on the QVC website on your order derail page.

i use the qvc easy returns system. i get my refund within less than 7 days and THEN i go to usps to return my item and have them scan it into their system. they then give me a receipt. once it is on its way it is out of my hands, but i do have the proof that i sent it and i already have my refund.

You can try Pitney Bowes or Newgistics websites; however, your tracking will not appear until Newgistics picks your package up from your post office. That could be days to possibly 2 weeks.
We should be able to track returns on our QVC order form under "Track Your Return"; however, notications aren't always posted there.
You can also try ship24.com after your package has been picked up.

@sunshine45Amazon is good for this. They are the fasted company and refunding. The minute the package is scanned for return, my refund is on it's way back into my account. I will give Amazon credit for that. That's only if it goes via UPS though. Takes a couple of days if it's going back by another method. When I drop off at the Post Office they don't scan it in front of me. They just take it and I get a receipt and leave.
