@elruth.   There are instructions from the mods under "Welcome Get Started" at the top of the menu on the left column of this page

Once you click on to a photo you have saved in your own computer, does it bring up options?

I don't know what kind of editing program your computer has.

 

Typically, you will get a list of options including "edit."  Just click on edit and then on "crop."  Crop typically brings up lines around the photo that you can drag and reposition.

 

Maybe you could explain what you've done so far.  We are trying to help and you seem to have made no progress.
