I thought Amazon eliminated their forums?

I think their seller forums are still there. The discussion forums are gone.

Of course all the individual products have reviews if you want that sort of information.

Re: How to find Amazon Forum?

Some of Amazon's products have their own user to user forums/message boards which are listed as "Unofficial."

One of them is the Unofficial Amazon Echo Community.  This forum also has a Google Home forum section even though it's not sold by Amazon.

Re: How to find Amazon Forum?

If you’re looking for customer discussion forums such as QVC’s forums, Amazon’s forums have been eliminated. There are still places to go on the website for help and info, but there’s no discussion any more.

You can find Amazon’s Digital and Device Forum at

amazon forum.com

Perhaps this is what you had in mind?

ETA: There is no space between “amazon” and “forum” in the address.

Thank you everyone for your information.

I was looking online at a product (supplement) and a message appeared “there is a conversation occurring right now concerning this product.”

So I clicked on the message but had no way of reading further. Strange.

@LTT1,

I was reading some customer questions & answers about a product and noticed this message under one of the questions:  Customers are chatting about this - view conversation. Then when I clicked on the view conversation link, I was directed to my sign-in page. From there I was directed to another page with more comments about the answers to the question asked. You have to be signed in to view or participate in the conversation.
