Learn something here everyday. Since I can probably count on my 10 fingers how many pictures I have posted here! Doesn't appear I am in any danger of getting this notice.

Now if they get into how many digits are allowed in each post? I am in BIG trouble there!

Hey @hckynutjohn       You posted a pic of a '70 Mustang on the "Q-Pro boards site".     I recognized THAT in a flash.....because I HAD ONE....a "302".  di

@Desertdi

It must be much easier to post pictures there using my tablet. Here, I don't have that easy access to my pictures as I do on FB, and evidently, on the Q pro boards.

I ordered my Mach I and it took about 9 weeks to get it. One of the unions was on strike, I think for a month, and I was not happy.

Mine was a 351cu.in Cleveland Head engine. I decided to also get the Shaker Hood so it would be a real scoop that actually brought air into my carburetor.

That was my 3rd paint job on that car, this was after being caught in the big Tornado of '75 here. Just got debris damage, so decided to have my friend do a Flame Job on it. Looked a lot more wild than shown in the picture. Didn't have the great cameras of today.

My 1948 Ford Anglia Race Car I used the 302 cu.in engine in it. It was altered far from a stock engine and was a handful to drive on the Drag Strip runs. Might have to put it up on the pro boards if the topic is close to being about cars.

Ford ruined the looks of the Mustang after the '70 models. Hated them until they went back to the Retro-look models, whatever year that happened.

Thank you for letting me know about this.

Now that is what I call a beautiful retro Mustang. Reminds me of what was called a "ghost car". All dark colored including matching wheels, and all car identifications hard to see. Some even left without these standard brand names and logos.

Said on multiple posts around this place that I am 82, but gentlemen never request that from a lady.   =^..^=

@hckynutjohn     I'm originally from Chicago...and back in the day, we called muscle cars with no markings "sleepers".  (I also have "standard" pipes so I don't attract too much attention).

Well, OK, if some kid tries to outrun me with his mom's Mercedes...I love to leave him in the dust...while I'm still in first.  (And yeah, you and I are pretty close in age).     di
