How often do you get your car serviced?

I take mine in for a regular oil change every 3000 miles. I took my 2003 Sonata in for a 45,000 mile servicing over the weekend and needed new tires and brakes. Otherwise it hasn't been in since a 25,000 mile check. Just wondering what other people do.
