If you are interested and want something to think about, you can read about refineries in the US at--this is a government information site, so NO ads.

https://www.eia.gov/tools/faqs/faq.php?id=29&t=6

It is a good look at where a lot of USA's gasoline comes from.  There is lots of information on that site about where we get gasoline, and the supply of it.  Interesting to to the older of us who remember gas shortages. . .

@squeaks    Yup.  A fact of life here in CA.   I don't mind.   I don't have to drive much since I retired but it is hard in people who make their living driving.

$3.33  in Colorado Springs.

I pay more for water (in a month) than I do for gasoline.

The price of oil is the lowest it has been since May but we aren't seeing a dip in gas prices.

I filled up Sunday and paid $2.65 for regular unleaded.  I am in North Central Ohio.  Gas in my own city goes anywhere from that same price to $3.02.  It just depends on which station you buy from.

$3.11 cash regular in NJ

@PinkyPetuniado the attendants still pump your gas in NJ? I miss that.

I don't since an attendant didn't tighten the gas cap and the next time I drove my car, the engine light came on. Took it to the shop, a couple of wasted hours and a $36 bill later the problem was solved.

There is an app called gasbuddy that some people find helpful. I added it to my phone but I don't use it unless I can't get to a Costco. A friend in Bakersfield is paying $4.12 a gallon now so guess I am lucky.

Ca always has the highst gass prices of all the states!
