Re: How many things do you have on subscription on Amazon?

Auto-delivery?  I've seen it on a few items here and there but I don't need a monthly supply of dish scrubbies.  LOL

@SeaMaidenWhat kinds of things do you have on subscription?  I can't imagine wanting that many things month after month.

For the first time in years and years, I have no AD's here.  I don't know how many I had, but I do know I got such a backlog of products that I couldn't uise them all within a reasonable time.  Right now I'm just replacing items when I've used up everything in a category -  no more kits, no more boxes from QVC or anywhere else.

You set each item for how frequently - between every month or in monthly increments up to every 6 months.  Plus, you can change things.  I review my ADs all the time and move things I don't need yet.

@chickenbutt  Yes! This is what I do. I adjust what I order and how many each month.

They ship so quickly I don't really need to subscribe to things.  The price difference isn't that much, and I find it easier to keep track of purchases when I order them as needed.

I don't know.  15% can really add up.  I save way more than my annual Prime fee.  Plus, it brings already competitive prices down even more.

Too bad QVC doesn't do something like that, even if they only offered a 5% discount it would matter.  But I can also see how that would be pretty complicated and every system isn't geared for variables like that. Heck, they can't even make their website work much of the time.  hehe

Re: How many things do you have on subscription on Amazon?

@SeaMaiden I have about 13 items on Subscribe and Save because I save a lot of $$ of items I use all the time.  I have a lot of vitamins, toiletries (eye drops, all-purpose salve, Q-Tips, mouthwash, fruit&veg wash, laundry soap, among others).  Each item is sent on a particular schedule (every 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, etc.)  If I have inventory of an item, I skip it as they send a delivery notice before shipment and you can always alter your delivery order as warranted without losing the discount.

Consolidating all these purchases really helps me avoid going store to store.  I recently had my knee replaced so I try to avoid "over-doing" my local shopping when possible.  (Of course, Costco is always a MUST and can't be avoided!)
