They better say it opens and closes easily. And that is what I want to know about this TSV. Anyone tell me from experience if these are EASY TO USE.

Actually I've needed one for a long time. I bought the blue/blue polka dot for my daughter and me. That's the only thing I bought the whole two days of sales.

I purchased 2 in black/black. I am going to keep one in my car. These portable automatic umbrellas are cheaper than TJ Maxx - my usual umbrella store.

As a consumer what aggravates me is that it was just a few months ago that I paid about the same amount for ONE of these and it isn't compact. Guess I need to hold back until they tell me no more of these for rest of year. Then at least I don't feel "cheated." Yes, it was my choice to buy other but having this deal so close to other is not satisfying to me as a consumer.

If I actually needed another umbrella I might consider this thing because the price isn't bad, but I would never replace all my umbrellas for this inside out feature.

I really laughed at RM doing the TSV last night---only watched when he opened it up than switched channels---What a joke!!! Nothing like an upsidedown umbrella to make the world right!!!! And I'm sure he was all over it in the domier sort of fashion.!!

I live in Seattle. I have lots to say about umbrellas, including the fact that they are easy to lose if you hang them on the back of your chair or on a coat rack at a restaurant. However, I subscribe to Hometalk online, and I just recently got a great idea for a door decoration that you make with a child's umbrella. If I knew how to post a picture here, I would show it to you. The umbrella was a pink and white polka dot I found aat TJ Maxx for $4.50 on sale. I got a bunch of varied silk flowers at Goodwill, and used some beautiful Costco ribbon to complete it. So easy to make and so cute. Arrange the flowers in the unopened umbrella, tie a beautiful bow in the middle to hold them in, and make a loop to hang it. Lovely. If someone tells me how to post a photo, I will. So far I stored them in My Images, but I don't know how to get them from there to here. Otherwise, go to Hometalk and do a search for umbrella door decoration.
