What is she doing for you & your family that you would need her to come that often?

I have cut my hours down a bit but I used to work about 65-70 hrs a week. She did most of my grocery shopping, running most of my errands and spends time with my dog, giving him walks and playing with him when no one is there. I am having some stuff painted right now and she is there when the workman are there, that kind of stuff. She also does a few things related to my rental business that help me out immensely.

This sounds just like the one I have, LOL. She definitely is not very good but her pay doesn't take a dent out of my purse either.

Oh my, mine is like this too. I'd fire her if I could.

Seriously, I think $30 is a great rate and she comes highly recommended. I'd give it a try.

You can occasionally have a cleaning service come in and do the big cleaning jobs that are difficult for you - I had someone a couple times a year to clean places that I had to get up onto a ladder for , like the tops of the cabinets and to move furniture and clean behind it when I was still working.You can also find companies that will come in and wash walls and other large jobs like that as well.
