@JeanLouiseFinch Thanks for the information. I couldn't figure out what the numbers and letters were for!

@kate2357 Thanks for the explanation. I could never do anything like so many here do. I get migraine headaches and not eating for long periods is a huge reason for them.
Also, not enough sleep, and bright lights sometimes bring one on. Bright lights like flashes of light or bright sun without my good sun glasses.

I try to eat breakfast within an hour of getting up in the morning.
I eat 3 small meals a day. If I snack in the afternoon, I eat grape tomatoes, cottage cheese, ripe olives, or sometimes a handful of Tostitos.
I don't eat after 6pm.
I exercise for 50 minutes 2-4 times per week.
No supplements.

@Desert Lily I was told by a nutritionist to eat something within an hour or less of getting up and it really did reduce headache chances. I eat a handful of wheat chex instead of chips! LOL!!! Or peanut butter and a triscuit!

I'm on a meal delivery plan (Sakara), but only for 2 meals--breakfast and dinner.
I usually eat the breakfast for lunch as I like to sleep late and a cup of coffee does me good till lunch.
Just got back from a little vacay and ate too much bread. Boo! Back on the bandwagon....

I wish I had your willpower!!! When I worked, I did not eat breakfast. I would eat a protein bar around 10:00 and a small yogurt around 3:00 and then have dinner at 5:30 and that was it. No wonder I was much slimmer then! Now, I eat breakfast, but no lunch. I eat dinner and try not to snack but I usually end up eating something after dinner and by something - I mean something sweet!

Good for you, @San Antonio Gal ! I have an angry sweet tooth and, even though I limit the sweet snacks I keep on hand, I seem to always crave them. I even keep fruits in the fridge to satisfy that thing but it always screams: I want a carb loaded sweet something! It's a constant battle for me. Some days I can get by with one midday meal, usually a big salad loaded with protein, then maybe a piece of WASA bread around 6. Some days I wake up ravenous, some days I can easily wait until around 11 to get my meal. If I eat dinner, it'll be a protein shake. Food seems to not go easy on my tummy at night, even when I eat around 6; the shakes are easily digestible. Since I've retired and am not so active, it's easier to limit my meals. When I worked, it was an omelette for breakfast, salad at lunch, and anything I could easily eat at night. I worked until 8 or 9 though and was too tired to cook or eat.

3 meals and 3 snacks. I feel better when I eat every 3 hours or so. Could never just have one meal a day like the OP stated. Wow!

3 meals a day and 2 snacks.

I eat 2 meals--breakfast and dinner--then snacks inbetween--cottage cheese, yogurt, some crackers and cheese
