@Boomernichols You might be under-eating. But there are things other than food that can prevent weight (fat) loss. Stress and insufficient sleep are just two.

@qvcfreak Snacking is a hard habit to break! I work hard at not buying foods I tend to snack on. I also make sure I eat enough at my meals so that I'm satisfied (not stuffed). And I like water to drink in the evening. Keeping my hands busy helps, too. I know I hit it right when I am not hungry or full at bedtime, just fine and not wanting anything.

I have been on an IF plan of either 20:4 or 22:2 most days, for the past 3.5-4 yrs.. I have coffee in the AM, MCT oil in one of my mugs of coffee. DH has been WFH since March 2020. We have our main meal at lunchtime. I'll have a little something extra within my eating window, in order to meet my macros, but there are days when I do OMAD and I'm content. When fasting resumes I stick with flavored water, coffee, or tea. I'm thinking of shifting to OMAD more often as fasting is really good for us in many ways,

I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and 3 snacks. I'm on Nutrisystem and I've lost 20+ lbs.

3 FULL meals a day
Snacks inbetween meals
Stop eating 9:00p (on my third ice cream sandwich).
I love to eat & have NO restrictions (except for my few migraine triggers)
I get my vitamins through the foods I eat. No need to "purchase" the pill version.
I don't need to exercise. However, I do walk down 17 flights each day & take walks......I have a dog.
When I take the dog out, I'll take the elevator to the 3rd fl & take the stairs to the main floor because she is a Chihuahua mix.

I eat light breakfast and lunch. Dinner and minimal snacking.

I take vitamins and a few supplements. I exercise every day for 2 hours at the gym.

How about you?
I eat 2 meals a day - lunch at one o'clock and dinner at 7 o'clock. I don't eat snacks in between meals and rarely eat dessert.

I usually have breakfast around 9:30 or 10 and a larger meal around 2:30 or 3 and don't eat again until morning.
If I want to snack in between those two meals it is usually a handful of nuts.
