I'd say m a grazer or one meal a day @5 or 6pm. I do try and stay hydrated drinking about 6 bottles of water a day. I also have coffee & Gatorade too.

To tell you the truth I'm not that hungry anymore. I am tired of the same old foods like chicken, hamburger, pasta etc. I can only eat them so many times. If I fix pizza, tacos, etc I don't want it anymore this year. I don't have a taste for anything really.
I started eating fixed salads from the grocery store and they taste good but I will get sick of those too.
I love desserts but even those I don't crave any longer.
I have to make myself eat to keep weight on so usually a microwave breakfast like a frozen pancake or strudel.
Main meal is 3-5 pm and something for dessert. If I want something later I will make it.
I can eat anything I want calorie wise since I don't eat that much.
I wish I had more of an appetite because I used to love to cook and bake but it makes me too tired now.

I do think over time, our needs or taste buds even, change. Even as far as any nibbles or snacks. Those change too.

I generally eat 2 meals per day at no set time. I don't like to eat after 6 but no later than 7. I don't eat the next day until closer to noon.
I usually make a smoothie at some point each day. I rather eat fruit than other foods.
I love chocolate so I pretty much it that every day. LOL!!!
Kind of like the Cookie Monster but Me Want Chocolate.

Well you're my new hero!!! How do you not get hungry for all day. What time do you get up and how well do you sleep at night. Do you still work?
@qualitygal - I get up at 6:30 am, sleep well at night, and work from home. No hunger pangs. I think our bodies get used to habits and adapt.

Our bodies may adapt but that doesn't sound healthy to me. Our bodies need nutrition.

Three meals a day for us. Some lighter than others. Getting and tracking all nutrients we need, and are maintaining a great weight for both of us.
We look and feel better than we have in many years being home to eat better food during the day. We've done this the last couple of years--the tracking--and it has sure paid off! We aren't hungry either!

For the past 3 years, I've only eaten one meal a day - dinner. I don't snack at all and have zero desire for sweets. During the day - water and some coffee.
How about you?
@San Antonio Gal It varies. I'm an experienced faster but, right now. I eat 2-3 meals per day. I am spreading my protein out over the day.
I don't snack and it has been years since I consumed sugar. I usually have one cup of coffee and drink water throughout the day.

I changed from Instant Breakfast to a bowl of Raisin Bran or fiber cereal with half a piece of fruit and feel better all day.
Lunch is 1/2 sandwich. Tomato (romas work well) or cucumber.
Dinner, about 4 oz meat, and 2 roasted vegetables or 1 roasted vegie and half a very small grilled potato.
I am losing weight, not hungry, and healthy.
I love no longer feeling "full".

I've gotten really really lazy......I like to grab and eat......normally that means snacks that are not good for me. Unless there are some excellent leftovers in the frig.
