It varies. I have programs I record, then watch when I want to. Since I'm not allowed to run anymore, I watch it when I'm on my exercise machine and elliptical and when I do my free weights.

I listen to music when I'm reading and I use the music channels that television provides.

I watch mostly night programs, my DH & I grew up with the TV (50's) and continue to watch to this day! I watch all types of programs, you can learn things from some programs! We enjoy our TV!
