Re: How many gifts in a year do you think you buy and give?

Gosh, great question.  We have family, we have friends and the people in our lives have birthdays, Christmases, graduations, weddings.....and so forth and so on.  I cannot begin to count or perhaps I just don't want to see that number...lol    A lot.....   More than 50, maybe 100.  Of course, they aren't all $100 gifts, some are $10 gift cards to Dunkin Donuts.

Re: How many gifts in a year do you think you buy and give?

Not as many as I used to. I have never really done friends, just immediate family. I cut down after my husband retired.

I always give my grandkids birthday gifts. Christmas of course for them, my kids, my husband and my mother.

And, I buy the grandkids a few things over summer vacation when they stay with me.

Must admit, it took me a few years to actually cut down on Christmas presents as I love Christmas! But, I am not getting any richer and my own children are not getting any younger to where I feel I have to buy them a zillion and one things anymore!

Father's Day - my husband.

Mother's Day - my mother.

Buy actual gifts for only one friend and the granddaughter. I usually give my daughter and her hubby money or a gift card

Probably about 30; it varies.
