How many days till Spring?

We were talking here at the house yesterday about the sun, warmth and niceness of the warmer weather. Hours later, my hubs says, we may get freezing rain and lose electricity tomorrow. (Today). But I'm having electricty here now, so so far all is well. At any time though, that could change.

Oh yeah, ice on news reporters windows, and she broke her ice scraper on her windows this morning, so there is a covering of ice out there.

Southwest Michigan. So be forewarned!!!

We've really had a lot of bad weather - every week, there is a snow storm or an ice storm or both.

I don't even remember the last time I saw the sun.

Too many, BUT—- I LOVE where I live most of the year, so if some yucky snow/ice is the price we pay for the pu**y willows in March and the Grosbeaks who show up in April, BRING IT!!!

I am in the opposite corner @qualitygal. I never worry about Spring's timing. it will get here ,in it's own good time

It really has been a pretty mild winter though so far in my little corner of the world.

I'm in southwest Michigan as well, and yeah, we've got about a quarter inch of ice and are supposed to get snow on top of it. I could probably play hockey in my driveway right now, so it's not the funnest of days to be outside. But c'mon, it's winter. We get snow, ice, cold, wind and clouds. That's just what happens.

The first day of spring is a little month than a more away and soon people will be complaining that it's too warm and wishing for cooler weather.

N.E, Pa. here and we're having snow, sleet and freezing rain today, though it started later than expected. We had about a half inch of snow yesterday. Mother Nature's gonna do what she's gonna do whether we like it or not.
