That's us too. When people say they want things back to normal, I think that 'normal' is rather bland, so I like leaving the decorations out until mid January. We do pull the plug on the outside decorations around January 5th.

Tree and other decorations go away on Jan. 6th. Sad when they all go away and everything looks so bare.

The tree, the lights, the decorations, the Christmas cards all stay up until Jan. 6th because that is when the Christmas season ends. Somestimes I keep everything up a bit longer. It's hard to let Christmas go.....

I have 2 small ones I keep up all year! I keep them lit through the winter months..they're on timers..!

For Solstice/Christmas I usually get a rosemary bush which I decorate with pentagrams and fairies, cut out from cards. Not this year though since I went away for Christmas, but normally I leave it up for about a week and a half, then put it outside.

The last day that we usually light the tree is New Year's Day.
