Incorrect. Some sellers do NOT use tracking, especially for masks, especially those who ship via First Class Mail/Letter (not package).
When's the last time any of your First Class MAIL items had tracking? Your everyday letters?

Shipping by USPS is really slow. I made 2 Etsy orders on April 15. I just received one of them today. The other didn't get shipped until yesterday and I probably won't see it for another 10 days. Neither order was for masks.

I’d email her and ask for a date when the masks should be received by. If she can’t give one, wait a week & then request your money back. I never heard of having no tracking. That makes me wonder if she is legit or just collecting money for something she doesn’t intend to provide.
I ordered a mask from Etsy and emailed the seller after the promised shipped date passed. Only then did I receive an email, obviously composed some time earlier because of earlier dates mentioned in it, stating she was not able to provide a mask for me. I am supposed to receive a refund but no sign of that yet.

If you have NOT received a refund for a mask you purchased, go to your Etsy account and open an item not received case.
With the first mask I purchased, that's what I had to do. The second mask I purchased had NO tracking because it was sent via First Class Letter. It arrived about a week after I bought it and it came across country.

I ordered some masks from Etsy too. They are late over 1 week and it's disappointing. I won't order from them again.

@SeaMaiden @this exact thing happened to me too! I ordered three masks from three different vendors it will be three weeks on Thursday. I received one in a week, I haven’t received the other two yet. I got emails stating when to expect them, when I didn’t received them I emailed both vendors. They are behind schedule mailing out the masks, they didn’t go out when stated. They are supposed to go out this week. One vendor said if I wanted to cancel she would understand. I have gotten billed for all masks on my credit card already! I didn’t cancel because I feel like I’ll be further back in the process than I am now. I’ll give it to the end of the week, if I don’t receive them by then I will email each vendor.

@SeaMaidenI'm not familiar with Etsy. However, if the seller didn't send the item by a trackable mailing, I'd be very suspicious. For me, one exchange of e-mails is enough. I hope you paid by credit card. If you did, dispute the purchase with the credit card issuer and let them handle it. Don't pay for that amount on your statement. If you already did pay, I believe you can still enter a dispute and ask the issuer to credit your account. You'll have to call your issuer's customer service number to get help.

I would be annoyed since she said she sent them but has no tracking number Sounds dishonest. Probably time to cancel.
I ordered from an Etsy seller and he sent an email immediately, a follow-up and tracking info. It took just over a week to receive my decent quality, made in the US of cotton material from the US masks. I like them. The seller's name is WaxtexUS.

ThankYou everyone. I will give it until Friday for the masks to arrive....if they do not, Then either ask for a refund, or last, call discover card and dispute the charge. ThankYou everyone who commented 🙂

I got an email from one of the two vendors I'm still awaiting masks from asking for a review! I was honest and replied it is hard to write a review for a mask I ordered on April 9 and haven't received. I voiced my disappointment and only gave her one star. Had the vendor been upfront about the extended wait time I might have ordered elsewhere.
