I returned two pair of pant a week ago last monday. So it is going on 10 days and still I do not see it as having been processed. I used QVCs return label and took it to the Post Office. Shouldn't it have arrived within 10 days? I returned some shoes to Zappos on their label and it was processed in 6 days. Should I be concerned or is this pretty normal?

Pretty normal. Depends on the time of year. In my experience the prepaid label definitely makes things faster.

I'd give it a couple of weeks.

Actually, using the prepaid label usually takes longer because it's some sort of bulk shipping. It will go to some warehouse point and then they collect up batches to send on.

If you go ahead and pay to ship (and watch out that they don't still charge you for the return label!), it will go faster because it just goes regular first class mail.

That is why when I have to send something back, I use UPS. It takes forever to get back if you send it with the prepaid label.

From what I've seen, it takes around three weeks. I wouldn't call until it got near a month from when you mailed it. I've never had a return not make it there and get processed.

Your return has probably arrived but the Q is very slow in processing returns. Hang in there.
