I haven't tried it yet............do we apply, massage, and then rinse off with water? If so, it is similar to shampooing, only without the lather. I'm guessing. I just might give it a try.

It could have been a valid point if the OP had not accused people who use the product of being scary and stupid.
I said she had a valid point, not that she made a valid argument.Calling the people stupid and scary was an unfortunate choice of words. I think she meant that the thinking behind the decision or the lack of sound reasoning, is scary and stupid. I kind of agree.

I have used wen for a few years. I have fine wavy hair that is bleached and highlighted. My hair is in the best condition that it has ever been in. I am paying less now for this product than in all the other products that I have used in the past. To each his/her own.

It is all in the pro styling. Just like cult followers, some will defend and say that their hair has magically transformed because of this product.
Scary stupid people.
Actually, Lisa, it's NOT all in the pro styling ........... ![]()
If you have bad hair that is dry and has a million split ends, NO amount of pro styling is going to make it into terrific hair ...... but if the hair is in GREAT CONDITION, then pro styling makes it even better. ![]()
What is scary or stupid about that? Sheesh!

Um...the same MU lines get away with models looking better after applying MU...by professionals.

I am surprised that the OP got away with her nic here. Thought they were cracking down on folks who spoke poorly of hosts. I a sure she doesn't mean to compliment Lisa.
As for Wen, would she like it better with no disclaimer? Now THAT would be misleading.
I must be really bored to comment on this thread.

So true. I always notice that pretty much any cosmetic 'before and after' pics show the before pic with the person looking unhappy and with really bad lighting. Then the after has much better lighting and the person is all happy and smiling.
I've really never put any stock in 'before and after' pics that are trying to sell anything.
