How do you refer to your SO

when you're a grown up, in our case 50 and older? Boyfriend/girlfriend sound so teenager-ish. Partner has the connotation of business. How does your SO refer to you in casual conversation? I was thinking of "My Queen" or "she who must be obeyed," but I don't think either of those will fly.
