I like to sleep in a cold, very dark room, about 55', and I have to wear earplugs to block out all sounds.

We turn the thermostat way down at night, and the fleece sheets keep us plenty warm.

I like the room on the cool side.  We sleep with a comforter and I just purchased a Casper weighted blanket.  I've been reading how they help you sleep plus I am always cold.  I have not put it on the bed yet, it just came in yesterday.   DH snores, I tried to get him into the spare room, he won't go!  LOL

I had one like that, not only snored, but, jerked around half the night

drove me nuts.

Sleeping is one of my more refined talents.  

It's never been a problem for me.  

Anywhere, anytime, sitting up or lying down.  I've even dozed off while at the keyboard, or sitting on the couch knitting.

Since I've retired, I treat myself to mid-morning naps, afternoon naps, or after dinner naps.

I like it cool but not cold.  I am a back sleeper.  My cat loves to jump on top of me so I can pet her and then she ends up lying next to me.  She's a burst of warmth.  However, when it's time for sleep she goes in her bed which is on the floor opposite my bed (side).  She has her own blanket but we call it blankie.
