How do I use my easy pay offer?

HeSmiley Everyone -

I finally got an easy pay offer in the mail after 20+ years of ordering from QVC LOL!!!

My question is how do I use it? I logged on using the website they said on the form and it said I was now eligible for the easy pay offer. I went to the item I wanted and selected it but I get all the way to the end and I don't see anywhere that it shows the easy pay set up. It shows the full price and I don't want to hit the submit button in case it gives me the full price and not the easy pay.

what am I doing wrong or does the easy pay validate after I hit the "submit your order" button?
