I have an order I was thinking of returning but there is no packing slip or anything included in the box. How do I return something if I do not have this.

Thank you.

I think there is a way to print a new label from your online records.

Q's label goes by parcel post which is the slowest mail option.  It also relies on third party vendors to move it from place to place.  It can take 10 days to reach Q.  Tracking is minimal to none.

I rarely use Q's label.   I can't remember the last time but I haven't ordered anything large or heavy from them in a long time.

I go to usps.com and print priority mail postage.  It costs a little more but you get full tracking and it gets there in 2-3 days. You can also set up notifications so you receive emails or texts with updates and delivery confirmation.  Priority mail envelopes and boxes are free at any post office location.   I always keep a few on hand.  I also keep my copy of the label until the return is processed.

To me, the cost of printing postage is worth it.  It might be $1 or $5 more depending on what priority envelope or box is used.  The peace of mind in knowing my package arrived and isn't piled in with hundreds or thousands of other returns is worth it to me.

p.s.  Q is known for horribly slow returns processing so be prepared to follow up in the customer care forum in 2 weeks.

At the bottom of the home page click on Returns & Exchanges.  This should answer all your return questions.

@Squirt60  If you don't have a printer you can create your own return slip on a piece of paper (I'd use 81/2 x 11 sheet of paper so they see it).  Include everything on it that's on their typical return slip: your order number & item #, why you're returning it, and how you wish to be refunded ie on your original payment card, credit on your account. You can get the correct return address from their website on how to return an item.

I make a copy or have something as my reminder that I returned an item and when as well how I returned it (their label for $6.95 or paid myself).

Hope this info helps.

I have also noticed here lately they are not including the packing slips/return labels.  So, I started using a return label from another order and put a note inside of box with all my info pertaining to item.  I'm still waiting on an exchange on one of my returns and a refund on the other one.

The only thing QVC is not delayed on:  Sending you a monthly bill....!!!
