How do I create a new profile?

I tried repeatedly to have QVC fix a log in problem and it just was beyond frustrating as anything I tried, or was told to do did not work so created a new account so just want those of you who have read my "by line at the end of a post" to know that it is me and that I would have and did have over 3,000 posts but am starting all over again.

Go to my account(Top right)...scroll down to My Nickname..make your change and be sure and scroll down and hit submit or save before signing back in.
