How did you discover there's no 'you-know-who'

You know, the big guy in the red suit (I don't want to ruin it for anyone not yet in the know).

I found out in the wee hours of the night we got a new Christmas tree with a music box on it. My parents made the mistake of trying it out and even though I was asleep and it was pretty quiet I heard it and went rushing into the living room to find them putting up the tree with horrified looks that I was witnessing the things Santa did. They tried to make some excuse but I wasn't buying it. I still feel bad because I was OK but ruined it for them {#emotions_dlg.laugh}
