I’ve been on these boards forever so I just used my first name. Then, a couple of years ago, I got a message that I had to change my user name. I added my favorite restaurant in Paris, Florimond. Actually, it’s my favorite restaurant on earth!

My father was a route man for Tasty Kake.  One of their offerings that I loved was Krimpets.  Since Krimpet was not available, I enhanced it a bit.

Mine is terribly unimaginative.  I was new to TV shopping all those many years ago, and had a few returns in a very short period of time.  I started feeling dejected and leery of TV shopping.  Then I made my first purchase with QVC, and the new screen name sort of selected me.

no, seriously, I hate my nic...

eta: I chose my nic many years ago when I was new in my second career...teaching. I always loved the students....they made teaching fun for me.

I have since retired and I’m afraid sometimes people (adults) on the board here think that I meant I love to teach THEM. No, nothing could be further from the truth...I love to LEARN from the people here.
