Terrific game last nite against the Ravens ... Stillers won 43 to 23 ... they retired Mean Joe Green's number and had a ceremony for that ... former Stillers on hand for the ceremony ...

And Big Ben set another record or two ... lots of drama between the two rivals ...

Just a great nite of football ...

Yeah! Especially since I currently live in Northern VA and work with some Ravens fans! I'll always be a Stiller fan! Even when they where those bumble bee shirts!

My cousin says that when the Steelers start off badly then rally - look out - that is when they win the Super Bowl. I hope she is right. It's such an economic and a emotional boost to the city when they get in the playoffs - and then when they win ! YEOWZA.

Since i no longer have to be there when it is cold I find the time I do spend in black & gold town to be emotionally wonderful. Every year we are are certain to do some of the fun things we never had time to do when we were working - a day in the strip - Parmantes sandwiches at the original store. Parma sausage. A ball game at PNC - ride the incline. a picnic at Schenley park.
