One time! I ordered a spring jacket and received the wrong size but since it fit one of my daughters, I gave it to her! I'm not complaining!

Several years ago I ordered an Eternagold omega necklace and got Affinity diamond earrings instead. Recently a wrong ring. And a wrong size tennis bracelet that was way too big. Also a Laura Geller duo that only had one part of the set, but it looked like that one came direct from her by UPS.

I've been shopping with QVC for 30 years and my order was wrong maybe once or twice in all that time!!!!!

A while back, I bought a red plaid Lesportsac tote and 2 different red plaid lesportsac pouches for a good price from Amazon. I will probably be using those starting 12/1. I think the ones I had bought are sold out now. Love plaid.
@Daisy Sunflower - Wanted to let you know that I did keep the black plaid and just received the red plaid! It came back into stock and it finally shipped, but I was holding my breath that they got it right this time. Lucky for me, they did, and it's BEAUTIFUL! I'm keeping both colors, they're so nice!![]()

Just once, about 10 years ago. I ordered a White Stag (?) tote for my Mom; they sent 2. I called, they said to keep both.

Just one time and it was recently. I ordered the TSV Sketchers boots in a size 6.5 and 9.5 was sent.
I promptly returned them for the correct size, but they never sent me new boots. My account says returned, refund issued. I purchased them on easy pay and no refund was issued. They kept the first payment for shipping charges,even though the mistake was theirs.
I am done ordering any clothing shoes or boots.

In almost 19 years, I've never gotten a wrong order. I've also never gotten a used/returned item. I have gotten a few damaged items. And, I've gotten clothing that was not sized consistently....like three pairs of the same pants, all tagged with the same size, but all fit differently.

In 20 years of occasional ordering from QVC only twice has the order been wrong. Got the wrong pair of shoes--I think it was a return and someone replaced the wrong sized shoes in the wrong box. Another time I got two pair of earrings instead of one, but that may have been the fault of their phone ordering system--or maybe I pressed two instead of one.
A couple times I received jewelry that arrived in pieces but that's another story. Over all I feel pretty confident ordering from QVC that I will receive the correct order, but if there's something wrong with the item customer service will handle it promptly and professionally.

Been ordering since th Q was CVN and if memory serves me right, once I recall my order being wrong. Well, let me clarify. I never got my order. A diamonique bracelet. So, really maybe not even the Q's fault. I can't really recall what they did, but I'm sure they must have made it right or I would have remembered that!
