I have one down blanket year round. It's from Northern Nights which is based in Seattle where I live, only the parent company is called Pacific Feather.

Plus your sweet cuddlebug Golden Retriever, @SilleeMee? ;-)

I have my little lhasa apso next to me - and she doesn't generate heat.

Two cotton blankets with percale sheets.
All of a sudden, I had to sleep under cotton. My synthetic blankets made me too hot and I would regulate my temperature, during the night, by poking out a foot or leg. Cotton blankets allowed me to sleep soundly. My pjs have to be cotton as well. If it gets really cold, I have a down blanket.

None. And the quilt I have on my bed is super thin.
I cannot stand to be warm when I sleep. I'd rather be cold. If I could, I'd sleep with a window cracked open in the winter for the fresh air.
