Your post made me smile.  I am a talker too and I got it from my Mom, a real talker.

As my Mother aged and was lonely she became friends with the teller at the bank, the checkout people at her local Walmart and Publics grocery store, etc.  She needed to talk to people whereever she went.  I lost her 5 years ago, but I have now become my Mother!  I find myself lonely during this pandemic and talk to strangers when I do get out.

I can only go about 1 day without talking to anyone.  P.S.  I too talked before I walked according to my Mother.
