There seems to be different reasons why posters "heart" a post.....just wondering how you interpret the "heart" and use it.
I will "heart" a post if I agree with what the poster has posted.....regardless of who the poster is.
I am an equal opportunity "hearter"......I don't let my feelings about an individual get in the way of a post.
If what the poster is stating is right or I agree with their "viewpoint" I will "
" it.
How do you determine which post you will "
" ??
PS.....love the opportunity to use comic sans and pink for my font.....I'm sure some of you have noticed. LOL

I use it to show I agree or like a post and I use it to notify someone that I may have answered/responded to a post or left them a message. Or maybe just to show them I'm thinking of them. ![]()

I use it like this too.

I don't use "hearts". I suppose I just don't take this board as seriously as some posters do. I have a job, I have a life; this board is just a way for me to relax and clear my mind and "talk" about things that interest me. All that "heart" stuff doesn't interest me.

When I agree with or like the post. I don't have to "know" them all that well. Then there are several people I personally like a lot (you know who you are) so I like to heart them to show I read their post and was happy to "see" them.

I use the heart button when I agree with what has been written in a post. It's faster than typing that I agree and frankly keeps the thread shorter. Lazy too-takes less time and why bother typing a response that virtually says what someone else has already said?

I also use them to show I like what was said or I agree with what was said.
It may be a little juvenile, but I think it's better than the endles "ITA" posts.

So, all this just means that the "hearts" don't mean a darn thing. If everyone uses them to convey different thoughts and for different reasons; they have no meaning at all. Some can "heart" your post but you don't what they are saying with the "heart".
