Granted, I'm a VERY picky eater and one of the things for me is that if it is meant to be hot, I must eat it hot.  I can't just pull it out of the refrigerator and eat it cold.

I put the piece or two pieces on some nonstick aluminum foil and heat it up in my  countertop convection oven on about 320F for around 17-18 minutes.

@chickenbutt

when i was in college.......YES.

now, i dont......i put it on toast in my toaster oven and that heats it perfectly.

Mr New Yorker ate it cold. I was shocked everytime. Out of the refridgerator and into his mouth for breakfast. He said it tasted great because the pizza was well rested.

New York had the best pizzas. It had to be folded so that it can contain the oil and melted cheese. I miss those pizzas.

I can not eat Cold Pizza, never could, but I don't warm it up the next day in the microwave either, I use my Toaster Oven to heat it up, microwave makes it too soggy!

I live in the Midwest.  I pick it up and eat it from tip to crust.  No folding.  If a pizza is so wimpy and thin that I need a knife and fork, I won't eat it.

@chickenbutt, no, I'm the same as you.   I generally add some more toppings and more cheese and heat it up on Convection Bake in my countertop oven. I just put it directly on the pizza stone.   I also don't eat cold fried chicken, but that I head in the air fryer.

LI girl (now in New England)  always fold never use utensils. My Dad did...and he would always call and order a "Pizza Pie"

We don't have much Sicilan where i live nor do we have a decent NY style pizza. But we have Pizza Strips, sold right at the counter, room temp, no cheese:

Re: How Do You Eat Pizza

[ Edited ]

I'm not consistent. Sometimes I eat it with untensils, sometimes I eat it front to back, sometimes I eat it back to front. I occasionally eat it cold but vastly prefer it hot. Once in a while I'll fold it, but not often. It does happen, but it's rare for me to meet a pizza I don't like, though some are surely much better than others.
