How Do I Properly Measure Dolman Sleeves on a Coat?

I'm going to sell a mink coat & it has dolman sleeves. I know how to measure on the inside from the armpit to bottom of sleeve (set-in). Do I include that measurement + center back of neck to base of sleeve also?
