I know the NYC area has recently taken a bad hit from Hurricane Sandy. However, on October 20, I ordered 9 sets of Little Missmatched Socks directly from their website. They were on sale for $4.33 a set, and I got free postage with over $75. My total was over that.
I have not received the socks, but they have been charged to my credit card. The phones don't work there (either customer service or corporate)...and when I send emails to them, they come back as a "failure." I am using the correct email address.
However, when I went to their website, it is up and running, and they have a new sale on. These were to be gifts for my three little great nieces at Christmas. What would you do?
